Podcasts at events and conferences
We bring a podcast set to your event, trade show or conference, to interview the professionals who come to see you or to let your visitors experience being in front of the microphone. We record, direct and deliver the content ready to publish.
Choose what you want to achieve at your event
The same podcast set can work for your brand in two ways. Choose one or combine them.
Interviews, networking and online presence
Make the most of having your whole industry in one place. We invite speakers, clients, partners and experts to sit down with you at the microphone for ten or fifteen minutes.
- Each interview is a quality conversation with someone you want to meet: networking with a purpose.
- You take away episodes, clips and photos for your social media, website and newsletter.
- You build your online presence live, while everyone's talking about the event.
- Ideal for conferences, seminars, trade shows and your own events.
A podcast experience for your visitors
Turn your stand or space into an open set. Visitors sit down, put on headphones and find out what it's like to be interviewed or chat on a real podcast.
- A fun, different activity that draws people in and gets them talking.
- Each participant takes away a recording of their moment, with your branding.
- Our team leads the chats so nobody feels lost.
- Ideal for trade shows, company events, open days and corporate celebrations.
We take care of everything; you just talk

A podcast set at your stand: the experience your visitors will remember
A different kind of leisure activity: visitors sit down, put on headphones and get to experience being interviewed.

How to make the most of a conference to create branded content
Two days at a conference can give you content for the whole quarter. Here's how to plan it, record it and publish it.
What people often ask us
How much space do you need?
Very little: around 3 x 3 metres is enough for a set with two or three chairs, microphones, cameras and lighting. We adapt to stands, rooms or communal areas, and coordinate with the event organisers.
How many interviews can you record in a day?
It depends on how long each one is. With 10- to 15-minute chats, we usually record between 10 and 20 in a day. In the visitor format, sessions are shorter and many more people can take part.
What if the guests have never done a podcast?
Even better. We explain how it works, give them the questions in advance if they like, and our team guides the chat so they feel comfortable. We share some tips in how to get over your fear of the microphone and the camera.
Do you record outside Barcelona?
Yes. We're based in Barcelona and travel to events and conferences in other cities.
When will I get the content?
The first clips within 24-48 hours, so you can publish them while the event is still news. The full episodes over the following days, depending on volume.
Can we turn it into an ongoing podcast?
Of course. Many companies use the event to launch their own show. We explain more on our podcast production page and in our corporate podcast guide.
