2. What data we collect and why
We collect the data you provide through the contact form or by email: name, email address, the type of service you're interested in and the content of your message.
- Purpose: to respond to your request for information or a quote and to stay in touch with you about it.
- Legal basis: your consent (art. 6.1.a GDPR) and the taking of pre-contractual steps at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
3. How the form works
When you click “Send request”, the form data travels encrypted (HTTPS) to our server, which immediately forwards it by email to nacho@nachoencinas.com. The website does not store the data in any database. Once received, it is handled in line with this policy.
The form includes spam protection that does not use cookies or third-party services.
4. Retention
We'll keep your data for as long as necessary to respond to your request and, if a business relationship begins, for its duration and the subsequent legal retention periods. If no relationship arises, we'll delete it when it's no longer needed.
5. Recipients
We do not share your data with third parties unless required by law. To provide the service, some providers acting as data processors may access it: our email provider (Google Workspace, by Google Ireland Limited) and our web hosting provider (Hostinger International Ltd.), whose data protection terms have been signed or accepted.
6. International transfers
If any of these providers processes data outside the European Economic Area, it will do so with appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or adequacy decisions.
7. Your rights
You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction of processing and portability, and withdraw your consent at any time, by writing to nacho@nachoencinas.com and stating the right you wish to exercise. If you believe your rights have not been respected, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
8. Security
We apply reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data against unauthorised access, loss or alteration.
9. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect legal or service changes. The current version will always be the one published on this page.
